Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ko333 ("ko333", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ko333 website, mobile interface, sports betting services, casino games, and all related services accessible at ko333.io (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of ko333 or any of its affiliated companies.

ko333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on the ko333 Platform, you are required to register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — is strictly prohibited. If ko333 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ko333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other website or service.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account on your behalf.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify ko333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ko333 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

Deposits and Payment Methods

ko333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via a range of payment methods approved for the Bangladesh market. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to update without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ko333 at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposit amounts are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion fees applied by ko333.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. ko333 is required to apply anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and may request evidence of the source of deposited funds.

ko333 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction or service fees. Any such fees are your sole responsibility. ko333 is not liable for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard, provided your account has passed the applicable identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Before processing any withdrawal, ko333 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the past three months), where required.

Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 5–15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. More complex requests or first-time withdrawals requiring KYC review may take up to 24 hours. ko333 will notify you via your registered contact details if additional time or documentation is required.

ko333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Bonuses and Promotions

ko333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day, and others). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ko333 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Time Limit: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit to the account. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the stated period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or wager is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

ko333 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if it determines at its sole discretion that the offer has been misused, that a player has engaged in irregular betting patterns designed to exploit the promotion, or that the promotion was claimed by an ineligible player.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ko333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant betting or gaming section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game. ko333 will not reverse or cancel a bet solely because a player claims unfamiliarity with the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• ko333 reserves the right to void a bet where it is placed on an event that has already concluded, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at ko333's discretion, including during live broadcasts of events.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealers operating under independently monitored conditions. ko333 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each market or game are displayed within the Platform and may vary by product, account status, and promotion.

ko333 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet, accumulator, or gaming session. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant product sections and may be updated from time to time.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ko333 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool that enables unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any player who identifies a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or pricing errors.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, acting as an agent, or running a business through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with ko333.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.

ko333 employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor player activity across all accounts and product types. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ko333 may take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ko333.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ko333 for display on the Platform. These studios' terms and certification standards apply to their respective content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

In no event shall ko333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ko333 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ko333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

ko333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to meet age verification requirements.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ko333 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any active self-exclusion period, ko333 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration under a new account.

Privacy and Data

ko333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ko333 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. ko333 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

ko333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may be made without notice.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. ko333 recommends checking this page at least once every three months.
